As updated by the New York Empire State Development, chiropractic care is now considered essential in emergency situations only. Our office will be open on a limited basis to patients whose condition is urgent and necessary. Although we are open, we will be screening patients prior to scheduling to ensure each individual situation meets this criteria. We ask that scheduled patients who feel their situation is non-emergent to please call the office to reschedule or cancel until the state of emergency is over.

We are here to serve the needs of the community, but we also take the need for social distancing very seriously. With this in mind, Carthage Family Chiropractic Care will continue to limit appointment availability and only treat patients whose care is urgent during this time.

We appreciate your understanding through this pandemic. Together, our community will emerge from these troubled times stronger than ever!

Carthage Family Chiropractic will be open on a limited basis this week. In light of the COVID-19 virus, we are decreasing our appointment availability by 50%. To ensure social distancing and proper sanitation in between patients, we ask the following from scheduled patients:

-Please show up on time. We have adapted our schedule to allow for minimal patient interaction in the waiting area. This does not work properly if patients are late to appointments. If multiple cars are in the parking lot, feel free to call from your car to make sure it is ok to enter the office.
- Reschedule your appointment if you are asymptomatic. We want to ensure the needs of our patients are met. However, if you feel that your visit is for maintenance care, we ask that you reschedule in an effort to socially distance as recommended by the health department.
- Don’t be alarmed when masks are worn in the office. We want to ensure our safety as well as all the patients that come for treatment. Masks will be worn by office staff to protect everybody.

If you would prefer to try self-care at home, please call the office and Dr. Kelli will give any advice she can over the phone.

We look forward to serving the needs of our patients full-time as soon as possible. As a community, we can get through this pandemic together healthier and stronger. Stay safe, stay healthy.

Carthage Family Chiropractic has come to a difficult but necessary decision. We will temporarily close the office beginning Wednesday, March 25th and will tentatively reopen on Monday, April 6th. The purpose of this closure is in the best interest of our community. I have had conversations with other local chiropractic offices and we are all in agreement. We need to keep our families, friends, and neighbors safe. Because of this, we are going to follow the government’s guidelines regarding social distancing. Together we can emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic more united and stronger than ever.

We will be contacting scheduled patients in the next few days to move appointments. If you have a chiropractic emergency, please feel free to call the office and leave a message. We will be checking messages periodically and will access each situation individually. We will return your call, provide home-care suggestions, and conduct an emergency appointment when warranted.

It is our responsibility to ensure the health and safety of all of our patients and the surrounding community. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, but we look forward to getting back to serving the needs of our community as soon as possible.
