🌟 Employee of the Year Spotlight: Misty Newberry! 🌟

We are proud to recognize Misty Newberry as our Employee of the Year! Misty has been dedicated to the healthcare field since 1999 and graduated from TCAT Livingston in 2001. She has served as our Clinical Director for the past two years, bringing strong leadership, compassion, and enthusiasm to our team every single day.

Misty has been in management since 2006, and her experience shines through in the way she cares for our residents and supports our staff. She is truly a joy to work with and an incredible asset to our community here at The Pavilion Senior Living of Carthage.

In her free time, Misty enjoys attending car shows with her family and cheering on her children—watching her son coach football and her daughter play softball.
