We are thrilled to announce that Brooke Counce, FNP-C, has officially joined Highpoint Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine – Gallatin with Ascension Saint Thomas. Brooke is dedicated to helping her patients achieve a higher quality of life by providing expert care for complex pulmonary conditions.

With a strong clinical foundation that includes five years as an ICU nurse, she understands the vital importance of attentive, high-quality care when managing chronic illness. Brooke truly enjoys developing lasting relationships with her patients and helping them navigate their treatment options to ensure they can breathe and sleep better every single day. 🌬️💤

Originally from West Tennessee, Brooke now calls Sumner County home. She is honored to be caring for her neighbors and giving back to the local community she loves. When she isn't in the clinic, you’ll likely find her outdoors. She is an avid runner who loves spending time with her husband, their four-year-old daughter, and their dog, Toby.

We are excited to announce that Caleb Teague, PA-C, is joining the team at Highpoint Gastroenterology and Liver Disease with Ascension Saint Thomas in Gallatin!

Caleb brings a wealth of knowledge to our community. He earned his Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South College in Nashville, building on a foundation from Texas Tech University, where he focused on Kinesiology, Sociology, and Professional Health.

Outside of the clinic, Caleb stays grounded through his faith, his family, and the great outdoors. Whether he’s at church on Sundays, cheering on the Tennessee Titans during the season (or catching the highlights of the big game), or out hunting and fishing with his two dogs, Lola and Lia, Caleb embraces the Gallatin lifestyle to the fullest. 🐾🌲
