Earth Day is the perfect moment to share this.
Up the stairs at The Palms, we're currently refreshing the space. We opened the windows at the gorgeous view of the Carthage Square, and the most splendid spring breeze swept over us.
This place naturally makes people feel better ... It always will.

Namaste, friends. It is with a heavy heart that I must share the news of McNab Wellness closing its doors in Joplin. This clinic has been my workplace, my yoga home, and the center of our social world since we met Dr. Rob and Elizabeth. I am honored to have walked this journey with them (and Ed, and a rotating cast of McNab children) since July 2024. I will still be offering massage at McNab Mondays and Tuesdays through the end of May, but after that you can find me full-time at The Palms Massage & Day Spa on the beautiful and historic Carthage Square. Stay tuned for upcoming announcements on a new yoga venue, and make sure you stop in before the end of May to give Ed some pats!
