You’re not crazy.

Grief doesn’t erase relationships — it changes how we experience them.
Some call it clairaudience.
Some call it inner dialogue.
Some call it coping.

If the thoughts are loving.
If they bring peace.
If they help you feel connected…

The label matters less than the healing.
And let me be very clear — anything harmful or destructive is not spiritual and deserves professional support.

But love? Comfort? Ongoing connection?
That’s human.
That’s grief.
That’s love.

Sometimes during a reading, I will say a name…
And the person in front of me will look at me and say,

“But they’re still alive.”

Take a breath. 🤍

If I bring up someone who is living, it does NOT mean something is wrong. It does NOT mean something is about to happen. And it definitely does NOT mean Spirit is predicting anything negative.

Often it simply means:
✨ Your loved one in Spirit is referencing them
✨ They’re part of a shared memory
✨ There’s a message connected to that relationship
✨ They’re playing a role in your current life
Spirit communicates through relationships.

Names are connectors.
So if a living person comes up in a reading, don’t panic.

They’re fine.
