What a great time we all had learning needle felting the cutest gnomes with Cheryl Flett! While in a big group learning and laughing last night, I do believe I have found another form of meditative practice for myself. It quiets the mind like coloring mandalas.
Next month we will make angels. I can’t wait!

💫It is with every bit of gratitude I have in me today that I share with you that our much-loved Cheryl taught her final Saturday with Twisted Spirit Yoga today. In keeping my promise to her, I was unable to make this announcement earlier.
I don’t need to tell anyone who has experienced not only her teaching but also the simple presence of her that she will be deeply missed. She has been a dedicated guide to many of us, and has helped shape and grow our yoga community over the last 4+ years. We have been blessed.
