I’m not particularly fond of making resolutions anymore, but I do carry hopes for myself and my clients as we embark on the new year. To my clients, I want to express my gratitude for your strength and progress throughout the past year. May we continue to embrace self-compassion, set meaningful intentions, savor the beauty of small moments, nurture healthy relationships, and find peace amidst the challenges that life presents.
