🐰 Egg-cellent news! 🐰

We're hosting an Adaptive Egg Hunt on Friday, March 27th at 4:30pm at the South Park Community Center! This event is for anyone who would benefit from a more supported and sensory-considerate egg hunt experience. We want everyone to be able to join the fun!

Gemstones welcomed Senator Gale Adcock yesterday. Her passion and advocacy for the work we do and the disability community is refreshing. We had a great conversation and the opportunity to share our story.

Gemstones enjoyed spending this afternoon with Representative Crawford and Representative Ball from the NC General Assembly! We had the opportunity to give them a tour of our center, discuss the benefits of ABA therapy, and advocate for continued Medicaid coverage of these services in our state. Powerful stories were shared about the positive impact for clients and families. We hope to continue advocacy efforts in many ways and keep Giving Everyone More Support (GEMS)!
