State title secured. 👏🏆

The trophy is just the proof:
the work was already done.

So honored to be part of KJ’s journey.

What happens on the court is only half the story.

The mindset.
The consistency.
The extra reps when nobody’s watching.

That’s the other half.

Athletes: if you’re not taking your performance work off the court seriously, you’re getting beat by someone who is.

Google “sports performance” or “physical therapy” in your area.

You’ll get plenty of options.

But you won’t find a place built like this.

I put everything into the design of this facility — not for aesthetics, but because the environment matters.

The space you train in tells you something.
It either says settle or it says go.

This place says go.

High school athletes. College athletes. Pros. Parents trying to feel athletic again. Anyone who refuses to accept a lesser version of themselves.

This was built for all of them.

Less Pains. More Gains.

The 12 week athlete rebuild has officially begun.

Last week I ran myself through a full baseline exam. Jumps, runs, muscular endurance, strength. Everything. I wanted to know exactly where I’m starting so I know exactly what needs to change.

Honestly, some of it surprised me.

My VALD numbers were better than I expected percentile-wise. But the mile? That was humbling. It’s also going to be the quickest thing to turn around, so I’m not mad about it.

The bench vs. pushup gap is real. I can push 300+ on a bar and ask me to bang out 40 pushups… we’ve got a problem. That’s not a strength issue, that’s an endurance and positioning issue and it needs to get fixed.

Dead hang was a whole different story. Grip wasn’t the problem. It was my pec screaming like it was about to rip off the bone from being so tight. That told me everything I needed to know about where my mobility work has to start.

So the program gets built around the weaknesses.
That’s how this works.

I’m retesting everything at the 6 week mark. These are the numbers I’m chasing:
25 pull-ups
55 push-ups
Sub 7 minute mile
1:30 dead hang

Now I want you to try it. Pick one or two of these tests. Pushups, dead hang, run a mile, whatever you have access to. Set your own 6 week goal. Drop your baseline in the comments. We’ll check back in together.
Let’s get to work.

Turning 32 soon. New dad. And I’m about to treat my body like the athlete I train—not the “former athlete” I’m supposed to become.

Because here’s what happens:

You hit 30. Life gets bigger. Responsibilities stack up. And suddenly “staying in shape” and being athletic becomes this thing you used to do.

Everyone acts like that’s just how it goes.

But I work with elite athletes for a living. I’ve seen 35-year-olds move better than they did at 25. I’ve watched parents come back stronger after kids. I know what the body is actually capable of when you stop guessing and start training with a real plan.

So I’m doing this the right way:
→ Full performance baseline exam (mobility, strength, power, conditioning)

→ Custom program built around my actual schedule, focused on improving my weak links.

→ Progressive overload, proper recovery, real accountability

→ Retest everything and adjust

This isn’t about proving I “still got it.” It’s about refusing to accept a version of myself I didn’t choose.

If you’re in your 30s and you feel like you’re slowly disappearing under the weight of everything else… this rebuild is for you too.

Test. Don’t guess.

This is becoming a part of every patient’s evaluation and treatment plan.

force decks let us measure strength, power, movement, asymmetry, balance, and more — but the real value is how that data is used.

For me, it’s about building a comprehensive assessment and a plan that’s actually tailored to you.

Whether you’re
• an athlete trying to jump higher
• a lifter coming back from injury
• or someone who just wants to train with confidence

knowing exactly where you’re starting — and objectively tracking progress — matters.

This is a counter-movement jump assessing power output, jump height, and rate of force development.

And yes…
those data readings stayed in the video on purpose 😉

Less guessing. More precision. Better results.

Most people don’t need more corrections.

They need more capacity.

Rehab isn’t about eliminating stress.

It’s about applying the right amount — progressively.

Save this if you train.

Follow for rehab that actually carries over.
