Modern life demands that we make countless decisions daily, leading to mental exhaustion known as "decision fatigue."

This can leave us feeling overwhelmed and indecisive about important matters.

Yoga and meditation offer a direct antidote. By focusing the mind on a single point—the breath or a movement—we give the cognitive centers of the brain a much-needed rest.
