Sink into deep rest as you’re guided through the systematic relaxation of Yoga Nidra—often referred to as ‘yogic sleep’—a powerful form of guided meditation that brings you to the threshold between wakefulness and sleep. This effortless practice promotes a deep physical, mental, and emotional release, inviting healing and inner peace.

Your 75-minute experience will take place in an environment designed for ultimate tranquility and therapeutic benefit. We utilize Himalayan Salt lamps, panels, and bulbs for their ambient lighting, complemented by a specialized Halogenerator to disperse therapeutic salt aerosol.

What is Halotherapy?

Halotherapy, also known as dry salt therapy, is a holistic and non-invasive practice that involves breathing air infused with microscopic, pharmaceutical-grade salt particles. The Halogenerator precisely grinds the salt into a fine mist and disperses it throughout the room. When inhaled, these tiny salt particles are believed to travel deep into the respiratory system, helping to absorb irritants, thin mucus, reduce inflammation, and cleanse the airways and skin.
