Restoring the Inner Compass is a virtual therapy group for individuals who have left an unhealthy or emotionally harmful intimate relationship. This group supports participants in rebuilding self-trust, processing the emotional impact of the relationship, and developing skills for healthier connection moving forward.

The group focuses on:

✨Healing from self-doubt, confusion, and emotional exhaustion
✨Understanding trauma bonding and attachment patterns
✨Rebuilding self-trust and intuition
✨Grieving the relationship and unmet hopes
✨Learning signs of healthy attachment and conflict
✨Strengthening boundaries and emotional regulation

This group may be a good fit for you if you:
Have exited a damaging relationship and want support integrating the experience

Are struggling with lingering attachment, grief, or self-blame

Want to feel more grounded and confident in future relationships

This group offers a supportive, confidential space to better understand relationship dynamics, reduce self-doubt, and build practical coping skills.

The group focuses on:

- Emotional regulation and grounding techniques
- Reducing shame and self-blame
- Strengthening self-trust and clarity
- Maintaining emotional safety and personal boundaries

This group may be a good fit for clients who are feeling confused, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained in a relationship, and are seeking tools to cope more effectively.

When: Thursdays 12:00-1:30pm starting 3/5
