Dealing with lower back pain that shows up every time you squat or deadlift?

You know the pattern: warm-up feels fine, first few sets are okay, then that familiar ache starts creeping in.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You modify the weight, adjust your form, ice it after... and it still keeps happening.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here’s what most people miss: your lower back pain during workouts usually isn’t just a lower back problem.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When your hips are restricted or your pelvis is out of alignment, your lower back compensates during every rep.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Squats, deadlifts, even overhead presses—your spine takes on stress it wasn’t designed to handle because other parts aren’t doing their job.

Last week we said “see you later” to one of our longtime CAs 💛

If you’ve ever been greeted by her, you know… vibrant is an understatement. She brought the fun, the laughs, the hype, and the kind of positive energy you simply can’t train, it’s just who she is.

She kept our team smiling, our patients feeling welcome, and brought the laughs to sure!

Now she and her husband are off on their next adventure, all the way to Eastport, Maine 🥶where the views are beautiful, the lobsters are fresh, and the winters are… aggressively cold.

We’re so excited for this new chapter for them, but her presence is already profoundly missed in our halls.

Thank you for the joy, the dedication, and the energy you poured into GWC. You’ll always have a home here, and a warm adjustment waiting if you ever need to thaw out. 😉
