Sacred share, I’ve walked that path too... burnout to breakthrough.

I’ve been reflecting on how the world pulls us into busyness and constant motion and how quickly life fills up…
but our souls were never meant to live that way.
I’ve felt it too — the overwhelm, the strain, the longing for peace.

Plus how the busyness + stress can become our normal
even when our spirit is asking for something gentler.

How we care for everyone else, show up, do the things, stay strong… and somehow our own heart, soul, and body get pushed to the side.

God has been inviting me to slow down — and maybe He’s inviting you too.

I’ve been there too — running on empty & knowing I needed more than just “self-care.”

I needed soul-care.
Time to be still with God.
To pray & breathe again.
To release & let go of what I was holding daily.
To let Him restore me.

And it changed me.

That’s why I offer these retreats annually — because I’ve experienced what happens when we slow down enough to actually hear God again… when we rest our bodies, quiet the mind, and open our spirit.

To truly REST in the Lord and to have a weekly wellness plan spiritual, emotional, mental, physical health.
