🙏🏻 Today is a reminder that we were never meant to carry everything on our own. God invites us to come close, to be still, to pray… and simply soak in His presence.
🙏🏻 There is healing that happens when we slow down long enough to rest with Him — when worship replaces worry, surrender replaces striving, and peace settles over the heart.

Jesus often withdrew to quiet places to pray.

In his wisdom, he knew stillness and quiet with the Father is where strength is restored.

We weren’t created to live in constant motion. Our bodies carry stress. Our minds carry noise. Our spirits carry burdens we don’t always name. And yet God continually invites us: Come away with Me. Rest.

When we stretch the body and become still before Him, something sacred happens. The nervous system softens. The heart opens. We remember we are held. In His presence, striving loosens its grip and peace returns — not rushed, not forced, but received.

There was a season when I didn’t realize how deeply I needed stillness with God. Learning to soak in His presence changed me.

In the quiet, I found peace I couldn’t manufacture. 🙏
