I’m Bill Gladney, a Psychic Medium with a lifelong connection to the spiritual world. My journey began in childhood when I first experienced apparitions, shadow figures, and even physical interactions with entities. Without understanding these encounters, I eventually suppressed my gifts for many years. Approximately 12 years ago, my abilities reemerged stronger than ever. This profound shift led me to seek guidance from a local psychic medium, hoping to make sense of the unexplained events in my life. During that reading, with only my name and phone number, the medium accurately described my childhood experiences and ongoing phenomena. I discovered I was undergoing a Spiritual Awakening, which became the foundation for my journey to attune and refine my abilities. This awakening revealed not only my capacity to connect with spirits on the Other Side but also the unique ability to communicate with “Lost Souls” who have not crossed over. These are individuals who, for various reasons, remain earthbound—some confused, others stubborn or angry. Using my psychic abilities, spiritual tools, and a compassionate approach, I guide these Souls toward a successful transition. While some crossings are swift, others require patience and multiple sessions. Each experience is unique, and I treat every spirit with care and respect. Over time, I was called to expand my work beyond transitioning Lost Souls. Today, I also provide readings and mediumship services to assist those in the physical world. Helping the dead find peace is profoundly rewarding, but supporting and guiding the living has been an equally tremendous honor. Your trust and privacy are paramount, and all information shared during our sessions is held in the highest confidence. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey.

Day 4 — Discernment: When Color Is Spirit vs. When It’s Just Mind

Not every color impression is a message—and that’s okay. Discernment is part of the path.

Here are a few signs a color may be Spirit:

It arrives suddenly and feels “placed,” not invented

It comes with a calm certainty (not anxiety)

It repeats in meaningful timing (songs, objects, signs, synchronicities)

You feel emotionally steadied, not drained

And here are signs it may be your mind processing:

It shows up when you’re spiraling or forcing

It changes rapidly when you try to control it

It leaves you feeling unsettled or obsessive

Your goal isn’t perfection. Your goal is a steady connection with strong boundaries. Spirit should never pull you into fear.

Mini exercise:
The next time you notice a color sign, ask:

“Does this bring peace?”

“Does this feel loving and clear?” If not, ground: feet on the floor, slow breath, and mentally say: “Not right now.”

Day 3 — Seeing Colors in the Mind’s Eye (A Clairvoyant Practice)

Some people receive spirit colors as an inner visual—a soft wash, a “blink” of color, a shimmer behind closed eyes. You don’t need to be “fully clairvoyant” to experience this. It often starts subtly.

If you want to strengthen this ability, don’t strain. Spirit communication responds best to relaxation, not force.

Think of it like tuning a radio: effort can create static—stillness brings clarity.

Mini exercise:

Sit comfortably and breathe slowly.

Imagine a gentle white light above your head.

Say: “Only loving, truthful energy is welcome.”

Ask: “Loved ones in Spirit—if you’re near, show me your color softly.”

Notice the first color that appears, even faintly. Then stop. Don’t chase it.

Day 2 — How Spirit Uses Color (And Why It’s So Personal)

Color can be one of the easiest ways Spirit gets through because it bypasses the overthinking mind. A loved one may use color to say:

“I’m here.”

“This is me.”

“Remember this memory.”

“You’re safe.”

But here’s the truth: color meanings are not universal. Spirit often uses your emotional language.

Green might mean healing to one person—and a favorite car to another. Yellow might mean joy—or “that’s my kitchen walls.”

If you keep seeing the same color in moments that feel meaningful, don’t rush to interpret it. Start by asking one simple question: “What does this color mean to me?”

Mini exercise:
Write down one color you’ve been noticing lately. List 5 associations you personally have with it (people, places, objects, emotions). Circle the one that feels “alive.”

Week 7 — Spirit Colors: How Loved Ones Send Energy Signatures

Day 1 — Welcome to Spirit Colors (What “Energy Signatures” Mean)

This week we’re talking about something many people experience—but don’t always trust: spirit colors.

Sometimes a loved one doesn’t “show up” as a clear image or a voice. Instead, you notice a flash of color, a color in your mind’s eye, or even a color that keeps appearing around you in meaningful moments.

In my work, I’ve learned to treat color like a signature—not a rule. It can be symbolic, emotional, memory-based, or energetic. The key is this: your personal connection matters more than any “color dictionary.”

If blue reminds you of your dad’s favorite shirt, that may be your message. If pink feels like comfort and warmth, that may be your confirmation.

This week, I’ll show you how to notice it, interpret it gently, and stay grounded while you do.

Mini exercise:

Think of one loved one in spirit. Ask: “If you’d like to be close today, please show me your color in a calm and gentle way.” Then release it. Notice what shows up naturally.

Day 5 — Boundaries and Control: Feeling Deeply Without Carrying It

Emotional mediumship is sacred, but it also requires boundaries.

You can feel Spirit deeply without letting it consume you.
You can be compassionate without becoming the container for everything.
You can receive a message without taking the emotion home with you.

If you’re clairsentient, you need a closing practice. Every time.

Exercise (3-step Release and Reset):

Contain: Place one hand over your heart and say, “Only what is mine stays with me.”

Release: Exhale and imagine all чуж emotions (anything not yours) leaving your field like mist dissolving in sunlight.

Seal: Visualize a soft layer of light around your body, like a thin protective blanket. Say, “My energy is my own.”

If you do emotional mediumship work, this is not optional. It’s spiritual hygiene.

Do you have a closing ritual after intuitive work, or do you feel “open” for hours afterward?

Day 4 — When Spirit Sends Emotion as Evidence: Love, Pride, Regret, Relief

Emotional mediumship isn’t just “feeling sad.” Sometimes Spirit uses emotion as evidence.

You might suddenly feel:
A warm rush of pride, like “I saw you do it”
A soft relief, like “I’m okay now”
A tenderness that feels like a hug from the inside
A heavy regret that wants to be spoken and released
A playful joy that feels completely unlike your normal mood

In strong sessions, Spirit’s emotions can be more specific than words. They carry identity. They carry relationship. They carry history.

The key is learning to speak it clearly, without dramatizing it:
“I’m feeling a deep pride, like a father watching from a distance.”
“I’m sensing regret, but also love, like they want to apologize and soften something.”

Exercise (Memory Bridge):

Hold a photo or meaningful object (or imagine someone you love).

Say: “Spirit, bring me one emotion that belongs to connection, not fear.”

Notice what comes first: warmth, tears, calm, pressure, peace.

Write one sentence: “This emotion feels like ______.”

Then ask: “What would this emotion want me to know?”

Keep it simple. Let the emotion be the message.

Have you ever felt an emotion out of nowhere that later proved meaningful?

Day 3 — Is It Mine or Theirs: Discernment Through Feeling

One of the hardest parts of emotional mediumship is this question:
“Is this my emotion… or Spirit’s emotion?”

Here’s a grounded way to tell the difference:

Your emotion usually has a story attached.
It connects to your day, your relationships, your worries, your memories.

Spirit emotion often arrives like a drop-in.
It appears suddenly, without a personal trigger, and sometimes fades quickly after you acknowledge it.

Spirit emotions also tend to feel:
Unexpected but specific
Emotionally “pure,” like grief without mental spiraling
Accompanied by a knowing, a name, a memory, or a subtle image

Discernment is everything. It’s what keeps you clear, safe, and accurate.

Exercise (3 questions in real time):
When a strong feeling hits, pause and ask:

“What just triggered this in my life?”

“Did this arrive suddenly or build gradually?”

“If I label this as Spirit, what is the message underneath?”

Then do one grounding breath and imagine the emotion settling into a small, manageable size, like it’s contained in a gentle sphere.

Do you tend to absorb emotions from others easily, even in public spaces?

Day 2 — Where Feelings Speak: The Body Map of Clairsentience

Most emotional mediumship comes through clairsentience, clear feeling. And clairsentience is rarely “random.” It usually has a location.

Spirit often uses your body like a compass:
Chest, love, grief, longing, heart messages
Throat, unspoken truth, unfinished conversations
Stomach, anxiety, fear, uncertainty, “something’s off” signals
Shoulders, responsibility, burdens, caretaking roles
Back, feeling unsupported, carrying too much alone

The more you track where you feel something, the more clearly Spirit can communicate.

Exercise (7 minutes): Body Map Journal

Do a slow body scan from head to toe.

Notice the first place that feels “lit up,” tight, heavy, warm, or tingly.

Ask: “What emotion lives here right now?”

Write it down like this:

Location:

Sensation:

Emotion:

Message (first thought, no overthinking):

End with: “If this is Spirit, please bring it again in a calmer, clearer way.”

You’re training the signal to become clean.

When you get emotional impressions, where do you feel them most, chest, throat, stomach, or somewhere else?

Day 1 — Welcome to Emotional Mediumship: Feeling as a Language

This week is about Emotional Mediumship, when Spirit communicates through feeling. Not just emotions like sadness or joy, but the texture of an emotion, the “why” behind it, and the way it lands in your body.

Here’s what I want you to remember right away:
You are not “too sensitive.” You are learning a language.

Emotional mediumship often comes through as:
A sudden wave of emotion that doesn’t match your current moment
A feeling that arrives with a clear “aboutness,” like this isn’t mine
A shift in your chest, throat, stomach, or shoulders that carries meaning
A gentle emotional imprint, like a memory you didn’t think about

The goal isn’t to drown in emotion. The goal is to receive it, translate it, and stay grounded.

Exercise (5 minutes): Create Your Baseline

Sit quietly and take 5 slow breaths.

Ask yourself: “What am I feeling right now, before anything spiritual?”

Name 3 words (example: calm, tired, hopeful).

Rate each on a scale of 1 to 10 in intensity.

Write one line: “My baseline right now is ______.”

This baseline becomes your reference point for the whole week.

Do you usually feel Spirit first, before you see or hear anything?

Sometimes awakening doesn’t feel magical at first.

Sometimes it feels like overwhelm, restlessness, or a quiet knowing you can’t ignore anymore.

I wrote a new blog post to support anyone moving through a psychic awakening or trying to reconnect with their intuition in a calm, safe, grounded way.

You’ll learn how to:

• recognize a real calling
• understand sensitivity (empath vs sensitive)
• do a simple daily energy check-in
• spot the reawakening signs most people dismiss

💙💙Day 5 — Working With Emotional Messages Safely💙💙

Emotional mediumship requires grounding, boundaries, and self-trust.

If emotions arise:

Pause.

Ground your energy.

Ask inwardly, Is this mine?

You do not need to relive the feeling. You only need to recognize it.

Clear communication comes from stability — not emotional overwhelm.

When practiced with intention, emotional mediumship becomes a powerful, compassionate way to understand Spirit without losing yourself in the process.

You are always in control of your energy.

💜💜Day 4 — Emotional Mediumship vs. Empathy💜💜

Emotional mediumship is often confused with empathy — but they are not the same.

Empathy is a personal sensitivity to others’ emotions.

Emotional mediumship involves receiving emotional information from Spirit.

The difference lies in:

• Timing
• Intensity
• Lack of personal cause
• How quickly the feeling arrives and leaves

Learning this distinction helps prevent emotional overload and strengthens boundaries.

You are not meant to carry what is not yours.

You are meant to translate it.
