We offer a unique approach that considers people’s relationships, families, job/career, and the implications and/or barriers they may have on an individual’s well-being, resilience, empowerment, their happiness, and ultimately their self-acceptance/self-love. We use this approach with children, teens, and adults, as none of us live in isolation, but rather we are all interdependent and reliant on our social, emotional, and physical exchanges in our daily lives.
