Krippa Family Is excited to announce our newest group for teens. Vibe Check Chat-

Let’s be honest, life is hard. And it's even harder when we’re still trying to figure out what life is about. Vibe Check Chat is a space where anyone between the ages of 14-17 can come in and work on figuring out the hard stuff in a non-judgmental space with others who are doing the same. They get the support of their peers as well as a fully licensed mental health professional to guide and support the group as we work through the tough stuff. The best part? It’s a fully virtual group so you can attend in your PJs without leaving the house!
Dr. Sarah will work with the group to refine social skills, learn and apply problem solving skills, develop decision making, improve communication skills, and assist with learning and applying emotional regulation skills.

This group is facilitated by Dr. Sarah Spade, PsyD.
Group Deposit- $200, $50 per group.
