Time to Mix It Up! Add a few light exercises to your walks and keep your body guessing. Small changes make a huge difference over time. Let’s do this together!

Goal: Add variety, get moving, and build strength, all at your own pace!

Day 1: 20-minute walk
Day 2: 15-minute walk + 5 minutes bodyweight exercises (squats, wall push-ups)
Day 3: 25-minute walk
Day 4: 20-minute walk + 5 minutes stretching
Day 5: 25-minute walk + 5 minutes light strength moves
Day 6: 30-minute walk
Day 7: 30-minute walk + stretch or optional light strength moves

Light Strength Moves You Can Try:

- Bodyweight Squats
- Wall Push-Ups
- Glute Bridges
- Standing Calf Raises
- Modified Plank
- Chair Dips
- Arm Circles

These moves take just 5–10 minutes and help tone your body safely at home. Small steps, consistent effort, big results!
