💪🏼 MOBILITY MONDAY

- Greatest Stretch Alive -

✳️ Begin with right foot forward in a lunge position - making sure right knee is at 90° w/knee directly above ankle
✳️ Lift and extend right arm as you rotate your torso so that the right hand points toward the ceiling, turning your head to look up at your right hand
✳️ Hold for 10-20 seconds and return right hand to the floor
✳️ Repeat several times before returning to the starting position
✳️ Switch sides by pushing up into downward dog and then placing your left foot forward
✳️ Repeat with left hand rotating toward the ceiling

👉🏼This is a great full-body stretch targeting hips, thoracic spine, ankles, and more

- Seated Wall Angel -

✳️ Begin seated with hips and back against the wall
✳️ Fully extend arms while maintaining contact with the wall
✳️ Slowly lower arms down the wall continuing to maintain contact
✳️ Repeat this motion for 20-30 seconds trying to expand the range of motion until arms can no longer remain in contact with the wall

👉🏼Great for working on your overhead shoulder mobility

💪🏼 MOBILITY MONDAY

- PVC Shoulder Stretch -

✳️ Hold a PVC pipe with a wide grip while standing just outside the rig
✳️ With arms fully locked out overhead, step forward until the PVC meets the rig
✳️ Gently lean into the PVC pipe while putting one foot slightly in front of the other (foot should break the plane of the rig)
✳️ Hold for 20-30 seconds

👉🏼Great for opening up the shoulders and thoracic spine

It's Halloween Week! But don't be 'spooked' 👻 - candy doesn’t have to ruin your goals...you just need a strategy.

✅ Pick your 2–3 favorite treats
✅ Portion them out (no grabbing from the bag!)
✅ Enjoy them after meals
✅ Store the rest out of sight (or give it away)

Indulgence doesn’t have to mean overdoing it. Stay in control, enjoy the sweets you love, and keep your energy and progress on track.

- Seated 90/90 Hip Rotations -

✳️ Begin with knees bent in 90° angles
✳️ Rotate your hips to one side, moving knees toward the floor, trying to maintain hip contact with the ground
✳️ Return to center and repeat on the other side
✳️ Move from side to side for 30-60 seconds
✳️ For a deeper stretch, push up on your knees to fully extend hips
