- Greatest Stretch Alive -
✳️ Begin with right foot forward in a lunge position - making sure right knee is at 90° w/knee directly above ankle
✳️ Lift and extend right arm as you rotate your torso so that the right hand points toward the ceiling, turning your head to look up at your right hand
✳️ Hold for 10-20 seconds and return right hand to the floor
✳️ Repeat several times before returning to the starting position
✳️ Switch sides by pushing up into downward dog and then placing your left foot forward
✳️ Repeat with left hand rotating toward the ceiling
