Grateful for an energizing NCCARE360 Triad Community of Practice yesterday at the Alamance Dream Center! 🌟

Partners from across the region came together to strengthen collaboration, share what’s working, and surface real challenges facing our communities. From the Dream Center’s powerful spotlight session to our CBO problem-solving and collaborative mapping activities, the morning was full of honest conversations, new connections, and shared commitment to improving coordinated care across the Triad. AND we can’t forget the amazinggggg empanadas! 😄✨

Thank you to all who joined us and contributed your voices. Looking forward to continuing this momentum into 2026! 💙

According to the National Weather Service, temperatures are expected to drop below 32°F the nights of Monday, Dec. 1 through Wednesday, Dec. 3.

As a result, Orange County’s emergency cold weather shelters will be activated tonight through Wednesday night. Shelter hours: 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.

As a reminder, the IFC Shelters are open nightly through March.
