What the hell is going on over here, you ask? I've gotten pretty good at breaking it down in the comments of various groups so I guess I should update my own. First off, the name change is temporary and cheesy, cause well, it's me & apparently everything a person does should be mashed into the name of their page.
Second...
Introspective Breathwork®️ works with a conscious connected breathe, or - The One Breath Method™️; this breathwork is trauma-informed and self paced, inviting expansion with no holds. While breathing I invite you to do a series of proprioceptive, somatic, and meditative practices - allowing yourself to be present with any emotions or sensations that arise in a safe, reflective space. This container is where you are welcome to be truly seen and witnessed.
Expression is welcome, however that means for you, during the breathe as well as after. Individuals often journal, create art in their preferred medium, and share their experiences. All is perfect - however, if you begin to ramble into a breathless rant or story, I will invite you to return to presence, notice the feelings this story has ignited for you, and slowly release this narrative through a controlled exhale... then hush.🙏🏻
Currently, I host 2 monthly groups on zoom; during the full and new moons at 7pm eastern. These follow the themes of each lunar position (i.e. releasing what no longer serves vs placing intentions) we also connect about current astrology + human design transits. I do a bit of tarot & then the breathe is invited.
One on One sessions can look a lot of ways. Always feel welcome to send me a message with any questions.
I am also collaborating with a couple of other facilitators & healers to host a retreat in VA during the spring. Relief from Resilience will be a place for all of your parts to show up authentically; whether for rest or to release, we have things for everyone planned.
All of this said; I am simply here to provide reflection and space for your personal fire to burn. I am not a therapist or here to pathologize anyone. This has become a major piece of integrative self care for me & I love the space I get to share with others.
