The Lux Life community had grown out of their original location and they had their grand opening for their beautiful new location this weekend.

When someone has made a huge impact on your life and is your mentor and true friend you wouldn’t miss this celebration for anything. 🥹

Just recently, Dr. Miguel officially received his SOT® Pediatric Certification, the final step of a two-part in-person training completed over the summer. This achievement reflects his continued commitment to learning, growing, and bringing the highest level of care to the families in our community.

SOT® (Sacro Occipital Technique) is a gentle, neurologically focused approach that helps balance the connection between the brain and body. For babies and kids, this means supporting proper development, improving nervous system regulation, and helping their bodies adapt and heal naturally. 💫

Dr. Miguel had the honor of learning directly from the incredible instructors who lead this certification and reconnecting with , whom he had shadowed years ago. Watching him teach and lead was a full-circle moment filled with gratitude and inspiration. 🙏

We’re so excited to bring this knowledge back home to our KCW family, helping our community heal, grow, and thrive together. 🙌

Another KCW Baby — Welcome, Nico!💙

We had the honor of supporting Nico’s mom throughout her pregnancy, helping her body, mind, and nervous system as she prepared to bring him into the world. She showed incredible dedication to her health and her baby’s well-being every step of the way.

Now, just days after birth, we got to welcome little Nico for his very first adjustment 🤍 Big sister was right by his side, watching and helping every step of the way, the sweetest reminder that healing and connection are truly a family thing.

Mom and baby are both doing amazing (just as we expected!). 🙌 She was supported, empowered, and surrounded with love every step of her journey, and seeing her and her babies thriving fills our hearts with so much gratitude.

Every birth, every baby, every family’s journey is unique, and it’s an honor to walk alongside families as they heal, grow, and adapt together. ✨

Speech, Focus & Confidence: Des’ Story 🗣️

When Des’ family first came in, they were searching for answers. He was struggling with speech, focus, and emotional regulation, and traditional options hadn’t brought the progress they hoped for. Chiropractic care wasn’t something they’d ever considered, but they decided to give it a try.

As his nervous system began to regulate, Des’ world opened up. His words became clearer, his focus improved, and he even left his night diaper. His parents saw firsthand how powerful it can be when the body and brain start working together again. 🙌

Sometimes it’s not about working harder, it’s about helping their nervous system function at its best. ✨

Our AmSpirit networking group is helping us celebrate our 1 year anniversary with an open house from 4-6 pm on this Wednesday, October 22nd. We will have drinks, small appetizers, and desserts. We will feature some other awesome health and wellness professionals and have giveaways and raffle baskets!! Come join us, see our place, and meet some great people!

So proud of this amazing mama! 🩷 She’s 41 weeks pregnant, and at her most recent ultrasound, they believed baby boy was lying sideways (transverse). She was scheduled this morning for an ECV (a procedure to help turn baby head down), and if that didn’t work, an emergency C-section would be the next step.

But this mama wasn’t giving up that easily. She came in last night to get adjusted, because she knows a well-regulated nervous system helps both mom and baby be at ease and guide him into the best position for the big day (aka the Super Bowl of babies 🏆👶).

She trusted her intuition, her body, and the process… and when she arrived at the hospital this morning, baby boy was head down! 🙌💙

Let’s all send love and prayers for this strong mama and her baby boy today. We’re so proud of her for trusting her intuition and giving baby the best start possible. 💫

🏈 BEAR DOWN… not break down!

Being a Bears fan can be stressful enough 😫 you can almost feel your back tighten and those goosebumps kick in every time the game gets close 😅

Let’s make sure you get in before the game today, so your nervous system can handle all the highs, lows, and last-minute throws. Hopefully, we’ll have a better ending than that Hail Mary from last year, Dr. Miguel’s still recovering from that one 😂
