This splits focused pop up class combines lower body strengthening exercises, mobility work, and flexibility training to help you safely increase your range of motion and build lasting results! Rather than passive stretching alone, you’ll learn active techniques that strengthen and support the muscles needed for front and middle splits.
No aerial equipment needed! All of this work will be done on the ground and with wall support.
This pop up class is perfect for aerialists looking to improve their lines, yogis or dancers wanting to deepen flexibility, or anyone working toward achieving their splits! All levels are welcome. No prior split needed.
