We are pleased to announce that Cascade Medical Center is launching a new online patient portal, EPIC MyChart, on November 9, 2025. This change is part of our ongoing effort to improve patient care.

With the implementation of Epic, our new electronic health record system, Cascade Medical Center will be better connected across care teams, offering our patients a more seamless experience and 24/7 access to their medical records. MyChart will replace our current platform, Athena, and will be accessible via desktop or mobile devices using the MyChart app.

With MyChart, patients will be empowered to manage their health and their family’s care more easily. The intuitive dashboard provides access to:
• Lab results
• Medical imaging reports (such as CT scans, X-rays, and ultrasounds)
• Emergency Department treatment details and follow-up care
• Clinic appointment summaries and notes
• Billing information, payments, and statements
• Language preferences and multilingual support

Starting November 9th, any patient can create a MyChart account directly. If you're already a MyChart user through another provider such as St. Lukes or St. Al’s, you'll be able to link your Cascade Medical Center records to your existing MyChart account for a unified view of your health information.
While there may be a short learning curve for staff as we fully transition, the long-term benefits for our patients and providers are clear. MyChart offers a centralized, secure space to manage your healthcare, and we’re proud to bring this level of connectivity to our community.
