Because it's time to H O N O U R yourself and your needs, and it's not just about your physical body. It's about getting help with establishing a mind, body, soul routine for self-care.

Taking care of yourself is more important than ever these days. Whether that be regular times at the spa for a service, eating better, establishing a meditation ritual, times in nature, etc.

#1 issue I see clients for is neck & shoulder related, most of the time it is due to stress-related issues or desk jobs or a dysregulated nervous system.
I try to encourage regular sessions, and client feedback also includes fewer trips to the chiropractor ( if needed massage and adjustments combined work well together ). Regularly scheduled appointments allow the ability to stay ahead of it AND you get the added benefit of a solid hour+ to fully relax.

✨When you purchase a package you make a commitment to yourself to come in and use them ( again feedback from clients ). I hear a lot of "I buy the package because then I know I will come in."

Welcome to Wisteria Lane!

My name is Jennifer Breitbach. I am the owner, licensed massage therapist, and esthetician for Wisteria Lane here in #CascadeIowa. I am also a certified Reiki Master and trained in several other alternative therapies.

Wisteria Lane is a day spa + boutique offering holistic health and wellness options to Cascade and the surrounding communities. Wisteria Lane was established in April of 2015, why? because...

I wanted to create a space where people can come to restore and heal on all levels-mind, body, and spirit. I believe that when you allow yourself intentional time to heal that it can bring you back into balance easily. It is important to me to use organic products in my skin care services and help educate clients on how to take care of their skin by using safe products that create good results for whatever skin care issues they may have. I love to learn new alternative ways of healing by taking classes and workshops and then sharing them with my clients.
