LRNP Meetup 082

14 families gathered this morning at S**o River Meadows in Buxton for Maple Playgroup. We had a kid friendly demonstration from this backyard producer all the way to taste testing the final product over ice cream.

LRNP Bonus Meetup

On Tuesday 3/10 twelve families met at Standish Memorial Park to play on the playground. The 60+ degree temps were enjoyed by all!

LRNP Meetup 081

This morning three familes met at Mayberry Hill Preserve in Casco where we played in the snow at the nature playspace. The kids enjoyed exploing the woods and were dreaming of building some stick houses here. The parking lot snowbank was the highlight of our visit though.

Now that it’s March, we have resumed our longer meetup time frame and certainly enjoyed the extra half hour to soak in the sunshine today.

On Tuesday 2/24 four families met at Cherry Hill Farm in Gorham to play in the stick houses. To end it we brought sticks back to the parking lot snowman we made.

On Tuesday 1/13 eight families met at black Brook Preserve for a 1 mile walk with lots of stops to slide, skate on the ice, dig in a stream, and enjoy the sunshine.

On Thursday 1/1 three families met at the Sebago Lake Land Reserve and walked to the big sledding hill. The hill is fast and luckily there were more laughs than tears today!
