First time? Not to worry! 🫶

Here's what to expect with your first mammogram:

During your mammogram, your comfort is our top priority. When you arrive, your OPR technologist will walk you through your exam, so you know exactly what to expect.

Mammograms require adequate compression for high-quality images of the breasts, but the compression should be tolerable. Your technologist will work with you to ensure you are as comfortable as possible.

Once your exam is complete, you'll receive a letter with your results roughly one week after the exam date (your provider will receive your results as well).

From changing into your gown to leaving our facility, we aim to get you in and out in about 20 minutes because we know your time is valuable.
