Unfortunately, covid has made its way into our office. Please bare with us as we navigate both of our providers being out sick. The office is still open, we are still taking phone calls, and we are working on refills as quickly as we can. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our patients.

If you have a fever or don't feel well, please reschedule your appointment or schedule a zoom appointment instead. As a reminder, patients with a fever of 99 degrees or above will be rescheduled as per our policy.

We appreciate grace and understanding from our patients as we work through these unexpected events.

It has come to our attention that many of our Blue Cross Blue Shield insured patients are receiving letters from Blue Cross Blue Shield stating that they must find a new provider and that Teecee is no longer in network.

I would like to inform you all this is just a formality. She is no longer in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield through WBI as she has not worked for them in many years. This is a normal process.

Kintsugi Psychiatry is still very much in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield so please disregard these letters.

If you have further questions regarding this issue, please call the office and ask to speak to Katie.
