Infrared saunas use light to heat the body. The temperature may range anywhere from 115 degrees to 135 degrees. These are lower temperatures than those in traditional saunas, which many find more comfortable. Benefits include pain relief, muscle recovery, deep detoxification, and improved cardiovascular function. Regular sessions, ideally 3–4 times per week, may reduce stress, boost metabolism, enhance skin health, and lower blood pressure.
