Last week I dealt with a head cold & some sinus-related stuff that disrupted appetite, movement, and routine — which is common when the body is focused on healing.

This morning, even with 18° Wyoming weather, I grabbed my protein2o & I returned to the gym with no goal of intensity or performance — just gentle movement, breathing, and circulation.
