Your support doesn't always look the way you might think. For some, life insurance becomes a meaningful way to care for families today while creating a lasting legacy for tomorrow.

Why some choose this path:
💜 Create a legacy of compassionate care for generations
💜 Turn modest premiums into significant impact
💜 Explore potential tax advantages

You have more options to give than you might realize. Each one matters.

When care begins earlier, patients often experience greater comfort, steadier symptom support, and more meaningful time with the people they love. It allows space for conversations, presence, and moments that matter.

At Central Wyoming Hospice & Transitions, we partner with physicians across our region to provide:

💜 Expert pain and symptom support
📞 24 hour on call nursing support
🤝 Thoughtful coordination that complements your treatment plan
🌿 Guidance for families facing difficult decisions

If you are seeing declining function, frequent hospital visits, or progression despite treatment, we are here as a trusted resource. We are happy to consult and walk through options together.

A conversation costs nothing. Calling does not mean committing.

With you.

There’s no ‘right’ way to grieve. There’s no timeline, no checklist, no finish line.

Some days will feel lighter. Some days will knock the wind out of you. Both are okay.

If you’re grieving, please be gentle with yourself. Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to rush through it.

Our grief support groups are here whenever you’re ready. Whether that’s now or months from now. We’ll meet you wherever you are. 🕊️

Today, we honor the caregivers in our community—the ones who show up day after day with love, patience, and strength.

You are the quiet heroes. You hold hands through hard moments. You advocate, comfort, and care when it matters most. And we see you.

Caregiving is one of the most profound acts of love, and it's also one of the hardest. If you're caring for someone today, please know: you don't have to do it alone. We're here to support you, too.

To every caregiver reading this—thank you. Your compassion makes all the difference. 💜

Have you ever wondered what hospice volunteering really looks like? Sometimes it is not about doing anything at all. It is about being there.

In this video, one of our patients shares what it means to have her volunteer by her side and how that presence makes her feel. These quiet moments of connection are what hospice volunteering is all about.

You do not need medical experience. You do not need special training to start. What matters most is your willingness to show up with kindness, listen, and offer comfort.

We are hosting volunteer training on February 20, and we would love to welcome you. View our full event calendar and register: centralwyominghospice.org/events/

Our Story

Whatever challenges your family is facing with a serious illness, we are here to offer support, expert care, and understanding. Our goal is your comfort, quality of life, and peace of mind.

In 1981, Central Wyoming Hospice began as a Wyoming-grown, volunteer organization to help families in our community facing the challenges of end-of life. Since then, as the only non-profit hospice in Natrona and Converse counties, we continue to be committed to helping our neighbors have the best days possible.
