We wanted to introduce you to the team behind The Wellness Way Casper—the people who help make this practice possible.

First is Dr. Isaac, the doctor and heart behind our office. He’s passionate about helping families get to the root cause of their health concerns and believes patients deserve answers, not just symptom management. His mission is to bring hope, education, and a different approach to health care to our community.

Anna is our newest receptionist and office team member. She’s the friendly face you’ll see when you walk through the door and the voice you’ll likely hear when you call the office. We’re so excited to have her helping keep the front desk running smoothly.

Natalie is our Office Manager and our inventory queen. She keeps everything organized and makes sure the office stays stocked so we can take great care of our patients.

Shannia, Dr. Isaac’s wife, runs the marketing and is the face behind our social media pages, helping share education and resources with our community online.

One very special team member you may not see in photos is Dr. Isaac’s mom, Gigi. She helps keep the office clean and welcoming, and she has also been a huge help watching Dr. Isaac and Shannia’s kids—especially during the time when Shannia stepped in to help at the front desk.

Hormones control everything from fertility and metabolism to mood, energy, and sleep.

Many everyday household products contain chemicals that can interfere with the body’s natural hormone signaling.

One of the simplest ways to support hormone health is by reducing exposure to common hormone disruptors in your home.

Start small. Swap products out as you run out and choose cleaner alternatives when possible.

Some swaps we’ve personally made:

✨ Candles
Look for coconut wax or beeswax candles scented with essential oils. Avoid soy and synthetic fragrance.

✨ Air fresheners, perfumes, laundry detergents, and cleaners
Choose non-toxic products scented with essential oils. We love lavender, lemon, and thieves for a clean scent.

✨ Deodorant
Look for brands without aluminum and scented with essential oils. If you’re switching from conventional deodorant, an armpit detox may help your body adjust.

✨ Food containers
Switch from plastic to glass or stainless steel whenever possible.

✨ Cookware
Replace non-stick pans with ceramic or other non-toxic cookware.

✨ Sunscreen
Many conventional options contain petroleum and hormone-disrupting ingredients. Try zinc oxide or tallow-based options.

✨ Lotions
Look for simple ingredients like beef tallow, coconut oil, or cocoa butter, lightly scented with essential oils.

You don’t have to change everything overnight.
Small swaps over time can make a big difference.

Food can be one of the biggest hidden stressors on the immune system.

At The Wellness Way we use a comprehensive blood food allergy test that looks at over 200 foods, measuring both IgG and IgE antibodies. While it’s technically a food allergy test, Dr. Isaac views it as a deeper look into how the immune system is responding to the foods someone eats every day.

For this patient, the results showed 28 food allergies. Because she has multiple autoimmune conditions, this wasn’t surprising—but it was incredibly helpful. Her lab results finally matched the symptoms she’s been experiencing, giving us a clearer direction for care.

The next step is creating a personalized dietary plan to help her avoid these inflammatory foods. By removing what’s triggering the immune system, we can begin reducing inflammation and giving the body the space it needs to heal.

She also completed a comprehensive stool test, which is another important piece of the puzzle as we work to understand what’s happening inside the gut.

Healing isn’t about guessing.
It’s about testing, understanding the root cause, and building a plan that’s specific to the patient.
