April is Stress Awareness Month.

Most people don’t think they’re “stressed.”
They just feel:
• exhausted
• overwhelmed
• short on patience
• not quite like themselves

Stress doesn’t always look how you expect.
If something feels off, pay attention to it.

And if it starts to feel like too much, you don’t have to handle it alone.

🥗March is National Nutrition Awareness Month 🥗
What we eat doesn’t just impact our physical health, it plays a key role in our mental health, too.

Nutrition, movement, and sleep all work together to support mood, energy levels, and overall well-being. Small, consistent habits can make a meaningful difference over time. At Wyoming Behavioral Institute, we take a whole-person approach to care, recognizing that mental health is connected to many aspects of daily life, including physical health and nutrition.

If you or someone you love needs support, we’re here to help.
