Our Monday night class "Unwind" is getting an update! Moving to an earlier time at 6pm. There will now be an hour of Gentle Yoga followed by an optional 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra.
Unwind: Gentle Yoga & Deep Rest - Unwind invites you to slow down and let go. This class begins with gentle, mindful movement to ease the body and quiet the mind, then transitions into Yoga Nidra — a guided, meditative rest that supports deep relaxation and renewal.
Come as you ae and leave feeling grounded, spacious, and restored.
