If you’re ready to learn how to blend yoga, strength training, weights, and powerful sequencing into one intentional class experience, this training is for you.

Wednesdays 5:00-9:00 PM
April 22 through June 3

May 9 from 12:00-5:00 PM
May 16 from 12:00-5:00 PM

Final Meeting:
June 4 from 5:00-7:00 PM

Investment: $895

You must have your 200-hour certification to join this program.

The instructors are incredible and so knowledgeable, the studios are clean and well-maintained, they have a beautiful community space where they host events, and people enjoy time together after classes. We will be closed on Tuesday, March 17 so we can give our studio a deep, intentional cleaning.

This space holds so much. Your breath, your healing, your hard days, your growth, your laughter, your sweat, your stillness. Peace Out Yoga is more than four walls to us. It is a space that supports our community in so many meaningful moments, and we believe it deserves to be cared for with the same love it gives back.

Taking this day to clean, refresh, and reset the studio helps us keep it feeling grounded, welcoming, peaceful, and safe for every person who walks through our doors.

Thank you for understanding and for being part of this space with us. We cannot wait to welcome you back into a studio that feels renewed and deeply cared for.

Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and community of women everywhere.

Yoga has always been more than movement. It’s a space where women come to reconnect with themselves, to breathe a little deeper, to feel stronger in their bodies and more grounded in their lives.

Inside this studio we’ve witnessed so many powerful moments…
-Women showing up for the first time unsure of themselves.
-Women supporting each other through hard seasons.
-Women discovering just how strong they truly are.

The practice reminds us that strength doesn’t have to look a certain way. Sometimes it’s powerful. Sometimes it’s soft. Sometimes it’s simply showing up and taking the next breath.

Today we honor the women in our community who continue to inspire, support, and lift each other up both on and off the mat.

We are grateful for every single one of you.
