Firefly Autism is proud to partner with Abby Dew for You, a day treatment facility in Douglas County serving adults with disabilities.
Through this partnership, Firefly will provide training and consultation services to strengthen staff capacity in supporting individuals with higher support needs. Training will focus on:
• De-escalation strategies
• Fostering independence
• Building knowledge around the needs of individuals with autism
• Establishing sustainable systems
Abby Dew, like Firefly, is committed to serving individuals who are often denied access to other day treatment programs. Together, we are working to ensure adults with disabilities receive the support they deserve as they move into adulthood.
