Always know what you’re eating!

I used to eat Chick-fil-A several times a week for lunch. It's been well over 15 years since I’ve sunk my teeth into those waffle fries...but wow, I remember how good they can be!

I don't eat them anymore because they are cooked in oil treated with the defoaming ingredient “Dimethylpolysiloxane”, which is the main ingredient in SILLY PUTTY 🤢

It was also commonly used in silicone breast implants, before these were phased out.

There have been no major studies conducted on the safety of this chemical in food since it was approved by the FDA in 1998.

Now, I wouldn’t consider eating at Chick-fil-A because of all the shady ingredients they use. But I’m not depriving myself! I firmly believe that if you love to eat something, you can figure out how to make it at home with healthy ingredients. That way you can have your cake (or waffle fries!) and eat it too!

I’ve always said that we’ll either INVEST in our health now or PAY for our sickness later. What’s your health worth? ☺️ It’s not 100% guaranteed... but, we can change our quality of life by what we put into it!

Many have aversions to eating greens. Here’s a simple solution to add to your daily greens with little to no hassle!! If you like apple/cinnamon, use almond or coconut milk, then add the Q-Ultra greens. You can also take it up a notch and add coffee too, especially if you like your Cup-o-Joe in the morning!!

RECIPE—
12oz fresh brewed coffee iced or chilled
2-3 Tbsp. vanilla creamer
6-8 oz coconut or almond milk
1 package of Q-Ultra Greens

Blend in shaker cup.
Chill in fridge or add ice.
Shake again before drinking.
Best part? This is super healthy, boosts energy and nutrition, detoxifies system and digestion, and alkalizes body PH for better health. Plus it's way less than going to Starbucks (less than $2 a drink)! It’s just that good!! 😋

Hurray!! My first TN aeroponic tower garden harvest: Bibb lettuce!! What a treat being able to go from TOWER to TABLE!!

If you don’t have a green thumb or would like to grow produce with minimal to no pests, indoors without damage from harsh weather, this is such a great alternative. The other plus? Growing year round which means you don’t have to stop once winter 🥶 arrives. That’s a win win!!

Made this dairy-free version of tapioca with chia seeds and coconut milk. It is delish! I also added unsweetened Cocao powder (could also mix in Cocao nibs for added crunch). Chia seeds are loaded with fiber, protein & tons of nutrients...the super food of seeds!

I was going to post this later today when it was done... But my house smells SOOO amazing I can't stand it!!! 4 chicken breast, 1 packet Fiesta Ranch mix (by the salad dressing), 1 can black beans, 1 can Rotel, 1 can corn not drained, 1 block cream cheese.
