Fix It Therapies LLC is a Cash-Based Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation Clinic in Castle Rock Colorado. It is owned and operated by Meghan Notartomaso PT, DPT, cert. TDN, FMS II, Rock Tape Cert., SFMA, Workmans Comp Cert.

FIT LLC is unique in that it offers Preventative, Rehabilitation and Rescue therapy that is specialized to an Athletes Functional Screen and problem areas discovered during training.

FIT LLC is a place where value of one-on-one hour-long blocks may be set for each athlete in order to get down to the root cause of their movement dysfunction and Fix It from a bottom up bio-mechanical approach.

A CrossFit athlete myself, I understand the arduous training that is necessary to make it through a Hero WOD such as Randy or Murph, and can help you move better so that you reduce your chance of injury, continue progressing toward crushing your benchmark WODs and recover appropriately to get back after it the following day.
