A lot of women are putting in real effort and seeing little to no progress. That frustration is valid. You’re not doing it wrong — your hormones have shifted significantly, and no one updated the strategy to match.

As estrogen declines, insulin sensitivity often drops too. The body becomes more prone to storing visceral fat, metabolism slows by about 2–4% per decade, and muscle mass gradually decreases. That’s multiple metabolic challenges happening at once.

It can even feel like your GLP-1 “stopped working.” It hasn’t — it’s just working in a more demanding environment. 🗺️
