We’re highlighting one of our newer students who began his journey through our Preliminary Course and has continued practicing consistently over the past six months. Through steady effort and regular attendance, he is now practicing Sarvangasana on the chair and independently, including thoughtful variations.

Standing poses and inversions are foundational to the Iyengar method and are among the defining features of the practice. Watching him grow into these poses with confidence and clarity has been a joy.

This is a beautiful reminder that progress in yoga is built on commitment, patience, and consistent practice.
