Lately, I’ve been reminded how wise our bodies really are — they whisper before they shout.

When you feel “off,” it’s not a sign that something’s broken. It’s often your body’s gentle way of saying:

“Hey… I need a little attention.”

Maybe it’s rest.
Maybe it’s nourishing food.
Maybe it’s movement or quiet time.

Whatever it is, listening to those whispers before they turn into shouts can change everything. 🌿

If everything feels chaotic and crazy to you right now, you're not alone.

According to the American Psychological Association’s 2024 “Stress in America” report, over 75% of adults report feeling overwhelmed by stress on a regular basis. Economic uncertainty, political divisiveness, climate change, and the relentless stream of bad news have created what many describe as a constant low-level panic. Nearly 8 in 10 adults say the future of the nation is a significant source of stress, and 71% say they're worried about money. And with smartphones glued to our hands and minds constantly pulled in multiple directions. It’s no wonder we feel so stressed out!

So how do we stop the madness? It won’t happen by accident—but it can happen with intention.

Starting on January 28, I will be offering a Zoom yoga class at 8am PACIFIC TIME. This class will be 60 minutes long and will be focused on Yoga for Healthy Aging. We'll do gentle strength building, focus on flexibility, and mobility...ANYONE at any level can do this class and it WILL help you age well!

I am asking for a nominal fee of $15 per person/ per session, which you can pay me through PayPal (drleipold@yahoo.com) or Venmo (-leipold).

Protein filled pancakes

1 cup Old fashioned oats
3 eggs
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 tsp chopped n ammonia n

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix. Pour out ingredients on a hot pan and cook for about five minutes. Enjoy!
