Eden Villa was one of the first assisted living communities to be developed in the early 1980's when the owners searched for a place to place their parents. The facility they built at Castro Valley with a warm, inviting environment with large rooms, plenty of community spaces with small intimate settings as well, along with a chapel for religious services. The idea was to service the senior population in need of assistance and to provide services that are affordable. Our reputation for great care in a warm, nurturing environment still exists after all of these years. Eden Villa was recently acquired by Solano Investment Company and is being managed by Northstar Senior Living. We are looking at some huge positive changes within our community with a full time nurse, secured memory wing, increased care support, improvement and updating of community with new furniture, shower room, handicap van with wheelchair access and so much more!
