1,000 days of choosing myself over alcohol.
1,000 days of a quiet evolution of power that started with fear.
1,000 days of being a true rebel against what society sees as normal and expected! 🤩
There’s a saying in the Bhagavad Gita that, “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”
What the Western world sees as ‘yoga’ is mostly the one piece of asana practice, but that’s like a single ingredient in an exquisitely prepared, chef-made meal.
It’s the other 99 ingredients that create the entire deliciousness to be savored.
In the past 1,000 days, I have learned more about myself than I ever expected, drawing from my experiential decades of yoga at its core. The keys for my highest elevation are and always will be music, movement, and self-expression, with community and Mother Nature being the icing on the cake. 🎂
When I began this journey, I’d had a 30-year relationship with alcohol & honestly didn’t realize how ingrained into my core identity it was. I don’t teach nervous system restoration because it’s a trend... it’s a necessity and a birthright we all deserve & NEED in this current state of the world.
Fast forward to this moment, and my ability to stand fully in my TRUTH as an epic, beautiful, creative, inspiring, talented, intuitive, and (still) crazy in a good way BEing of light has expanded beyond what once felt possible.
One of the reasons I’ve chosen to guide women into what fulfills them at a soul level is because I know how confusing, limiting, and chaotic life is when you aren’t in Divine Alignment.
I firmly believe that you can’t build a legacy without first looking inward and making necessary changes. Your capacity for growth will remain stifled if you set your soul aside and focus only on surface-level expansion.
