Smokin Bill and grand daughter Cailey had an amazing day at the Uncorked Winefest at the Bloomsburg fair grounds. And a thankyou to Gage for helping out when needed. Busy busy busy. Lots of regular customers and a bunch of newbies lol. That Bloomsburg fair crew knows how to put on a show n it went great. Good job ya'll.

Heyyyyy all my pierogie lovers out there. Smokin Bill has POTATO and CHEESE plus POTATO and JALAPENOS pierogies for lent. You can order ahead if you'd like to make sure you get. These are delicious, homemade n handmade. Potatoes are soooo smooth. My smoke shop is located just outside of Catawissa or we can meet up somewhere that your comfortable with.
I'm also at the Lewisburg farmers market every Wednesday from 8am til 3pm.
Plus we will be at the Uncorked Winefest at the Bloomsburg fair grounds Feb 21 inside the buildings.

SUPERBOWL Burgers for the game..........
I took 1 Fathead Meat Lover stuffed cherry pepper and cut it up n into small pieces along with some onion.
I'll fry the burgers up in a cast iron frying pan and when about done, 1 teaspoon of Fathead Spicy pesto in the pan with the burgers on top of the pesto. Frying the spicy pesto along with the burger gives it an amazing taste. Then top it off with some of Smokin Bill's SMOKED CHEESE.Toast the bun n ready to eat.
