OK for all of you that has been asking for larger jars of Mother's Hot Mustard, here ya go. We now have the 4 oz. and the 8 oz. Excellent dipping mustard with some bite.
This recipe has been in my family for 64 years.
We'll have it at the Lewisburg farmers market on Wednesday and the Crossroads farmers market in Gratz on Friday.

Well at the Lewisburg farmers market and we sold out of the Bacon/Jalapeno smoked cheese.

OK all, this week Wednesday at Lewisburg farmers market and Friday at Crossroads farmers market we will haveva new smoked cheese.
It's Smoked Bacon/Jalapeno. And it's sooooo good. We'll have samples so stop in n try it out.

Smokin Bill's schedule coming up. We are at Lewisburg farmers market on Wednesday Dec 31, New Years Eve from 8am til 3pm with all of your favorite goodies and at Crossroads farmers market at Gratz Friday Jan 2nd from 10am til 7pm.

Yummy Pineapple Jerky, sooooop good.

Heyyyyyy Smokin Bill this week is going to show you our new product from Fathead Peppers. It our Pineapple Jerky and it is delicious. You can just eat it right out of the package if cook with it. I've cooked with it n put it on my burger right before it came off the grill and put it on a Ham Loaf right before removing from the oven. It left the honey and Habanero oil soak into it,,,,,,,yummy.
One last idea is putting it on pizza and I have a few customers that do. We will have it available at our permanent stand at the Lewisburg farmers market and wherever else we are set up. Ohhhhhh put it on that ham for Christmas dinner.
