This week we had the honor of being part of Career Day at Toro Canyon Middle School with Christa and Miriam, and at Julius Corsini Elementary with Cristal.

It goes without saying we ran out of stickers and fidget toys, but left with full hearts 💛 Have a good and safe weekend everyone!

Oh we are so excited to introduce Cindy! 💛

At Desert Insight we believe that we cannot be client-centered without being staff-centered. If we want to truly care for our clients, we have to take care of our people first.

As we continue to grow, we are looking at where we can strengthen our systems and better care for our team. That is why Cindy is stepping into a staff support role to help fill in key areas and offer extra care where needed.

If you’ve ever loved someone through that, you know how overwhelming it can feel. And if you’ve experienced it yourself, you know how isolating it can be.
