Hey former dancers…or those who’ve always wanted to experience the grace and grit of ballet 🩰 You’ll love these master class workshops with guest instructor ‘Miss Kim’! Former ballet instructor and long time client of the studio, Kim is teaching two workshops at the end of the month that’ll benefit both dancers AND total beginners!

LEVEL 1: Saturday Feb 28th, 3:00-4:30pm, total beginner or 0-3 years ballet/dance experience

LEVEL 2: Sunday March 1st, 3:00-4:45pm, recommended 4+ years ballet/dance experience

Classes will include ballet barre work, center work, Pilates inspired mobility, strengthening and stretching with the use of rollers as well. Come join Miss Kim and discover or re-discover your inner ballerina 🩰🩷

For the LOVE of Barre - our theme barre class today was full and also full of good vibes 🖤 a playlist of songs with ‘love’ in the title plus we did all the classic, traditional exercises that really make Barre what it is! I’m so happy to be back teaching! Catch the rest of our valentines theme week classes until Sunday! 🌹

Guess who’s back! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Starting in February, Michelle is back at the barre 🩰 after 3 months!

(I’m also covering next Sunday 1/25, which will be my first class back. Come see if I remember how to teach! 😆)

I’m coming back slowly with Sundays & Wednesdays at 9:30am to start, but will be adding more slots and popping up along the way! I will definitely be teaching less than before, since life has become a lot more busy ☺️🍼

Can’t wait to see everyone again at the studio! And don’t worry, I’m already planning new and fun ways to kill you with Chair 😜
