As we move into our 50s and beyond, what we nourish our bodies with becomes even more important.

Our bodies thrive when we fuel them with real, whole foods from the earth.

🥑 Healthy fats support hormones and brain health
🫐 Berries help fight inflammation and aging
🥬 Leafy greens support detox and vitality
🥕 Colorful vegetables strengthen our immune system
🌱 Seeds and fiber support gut health and digestion

For me, this journey is about strength, longevity, and living in alignment.

Training hard for my NPC Masters competition has reminded me that true fitness is not just about muscles — it’s about nourishing the body, mind, and spirit every single day.

Age is not a limitation.
It’s an opportunity to become stronger, wiser, and more vibrant than ever.

One of the greatest blessings in the work I do is the relationships that grow along the journey. Watching people heal, grow, and step into their lives with more confidence and joy is something I never take for granted.

Corina has been doing the work — showing up, staying committed, and choosing a healthier path. Those choices create real change, and it’s inspiring to witness.

Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. Recovery, healing, and community truly change lives. 💛
