On The Move Rehab is a mobile out-patient physical, occupational and speech therapy practice serving the greater Coachella Valley. Too often older adults don't receive therapy services that could be of great benefit to them because they simply can't get there. It's too taxing for the patient and/or family to get them to an appointment so we decided to bring the service directly to them...in the place they can benefit the most...their home! We also partner with local assisted and senior living communities to provide monthly educational series, quarterly Fix It clinics and semi-annual Senior Fit testing. On The Move Rehab is mobile to ensure those we treat stay mobile!
