I am definitely THANKFUL to be able to save space and teach in our great little community πŸ™‚

One last evening in November tomorrow.
Monday the 24th 5:45 to 6:45.

DECEMBER evenings will be the 8th and 22nd 5:45 to 6:45. Come enjoy a relaxing flow by the fire.

Warm up your Wednesday mornings 10 to 11.
NOTE December 24th no class to enjoy family and friends for the holidays.

SW YMCA is one of the largest non profits in Wahkiakum and Cowlitz County.
So many reasons to be THANKFUL for this 100 year old building!
Filled with friendly, highly trained and passionate fitness instructors.
Programs include
Yoga (of course)
Cycle
Tai Chi
Barre
Zumba
Line dancing
Pickle ball
Basketball
Active senior classes
Many aquatic opportunities
Taekwondo
Youth sports
Before and after school care

Food drives for the food bank and Women’s shelter are currently in full swing.
Soon the Giving Tree will be going up to sponsor local families in need.
So much more happening every day!
