We begin 2026 by featuring a very committed member of our community, Kristen Leister, owner of ✂ Indigo Salon Studio ✂ and president of the Greater Catonsville Chamber of Commerce's board of directors. For over 20 years, Kristen has been doing amazing work for Catonsville through her career and her work with the chamber.

I am so proud of Namita Kumar. We work closely together at the Catonsville Chamber of Commerce and I am so grateful for her efforts every day.

♥️ Meet the Kumar-Lakhan Family: Making Meaningful Impacts ♥️
This month, we have the pleasure of introducing you to the Kumar-Lakhan Family. Ram Lakhan, a biomedical researcher, has advanced health care through his research findings. His wife, Namita Kumar, the executive director of the Greater Catonsville Chamber of Commerce, has made significant contributions to the local community and economy through her support of local businesses, nonprofits, and artists. Their children are learning the effects of helping others through volunteering.
